1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and 6655ph ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") governing your access to and use of the 6655ph online gaming platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. 6655ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your 6655ph account using payment methods approved and made available on our platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the platform and may vary by payment method. All deposits are subject to verification procedures and may be delayed or rejected if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Deposits are credited to your account in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. 6655ph does not charge deposit fees except where explicitly stated. Once deposited, funds become your account balance and are available for wagering in accordance with these Terms and any applicable bonus terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements, wagering conditions, and these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise specified or unavailable. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6655ph, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (e) any other matter relating to the Services.

In no event shall 6655ph's aggregate liability exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 6655ph relating to these Terms or the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

The arbitration shall be con ducted in Manila, Philippines, and shall be governed by Philippine law. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 6655ph. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

11. Termination

6655ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, underage gambling, creation of multiple accounts, use of automated systems, money laundering, or any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of our platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is terminated without cause, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the 6655ph platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
